Doosri Maa is a Zee Tv Family drama serial that is broadcasted in the Hindi language. It is produced by Imtiaz Punjabi under the banner of Zee Studios on 20th September 2022. All the Doosri Maa Aaj Ka Episode are presented on Undekha Serial daily. This Hindi-Indian television show casts Neha Joshi and Aayudh Bhanushali as the main leads. It is telecasted at 9.30 PM from Monday- Friday.
Indian drama serial Doosri Maa’s story revolves around the character of Yashoda and her fight to raise her husband’s illegitimate child as her own son. By facing a lot of criticism and humiliation from society, she strongly sticks to her decision. At the start of the drama serial, Yashoda along with her husband and mother-in-law is living a happy married life. She is unaware of the fact that her husband has an extra-marital affair with another woman too. Not only that, but he also had a son from her too. In this serial, Neha Joshi is playing the character of Yashoda. She is very loving, caring, and a devoted housewife. Her only dream in her life is to live happily with her husband and children. But her dreams are shattered when she becomes a widow. Her husband along with his mistress dies in a car accident.

Aayudh Bhanushali is playing the lead role of Yadhoda’s husband. Before dying, he legally gives his son’s custody in the name of his first wife. And as the situation gets worse, Yahodha finds out the truth. Well, this show highlights the concept of a mother’s unintentional love and a woman’s sacrifices. Krishna is the illegitimate child of Aayudh. Rather than stepping back, Yashoda struggles against social prejudice and societal norms. Everyone asked her to abandon Krishna but as she had the heart of a mother, Yahodha could not take this cruel decision.
Yashoda finds out about Ashok’s extra-marital affair:
As Doosri Maa serial starts with tragic news and events. Ashok dies in a car accident with his second wife and their bodies have been taken to the hospital. Yahodha receives a call from the police that her husband is dead now. Their car crashed into a huge bus and a lot of people lost their lives. Both Krishna and Yahoda enter the hospital looking for their family members. Unaware of the reality, that their fate has been written together. Meanwhile, Yahoda has been coping with loss and mental trauma, there she finds out about Krishna.
Before knowing the reality, Krishna asks for help from Yahodha to help him find his mother ‘Mala. She is missing and they have been separated because of her mother’s illness. Yashoda helps Krishna find her mother. Mala is in a very terrible medical condition and is taking her last breaths. After having a conversation with Yashoda Mala tells her that, she is not actually married. And Krishna is the real Singh of their love.
Yasho breaks the knot with Ashok: Doosri Maa
On the other side, Ashok requests his lawyer to prepare the papers. As he has decided to transfer his rights at his wife Yahoda’s name. By comparing Yashoda with Mala, he tells the lawyer that Yashoda has always been loyal to him.
Meanwhile, Ashok goes to the hospital to see Mala and there he sees Yahoda with her. He hides himself and goes away. After some movements, Yahoda calls Abdul and asks about Yahoda’s condition. He informs her that her chances of recovering a very low. Before reality got revealed to Yashoda, till then Ashok kept on lying to her. Even after knowing Mala is dead and Krishna is left alone now.
However, Mala is dead now and her final rituals have been performed. Poilece asks yahoda about the boy. She decides to take him into her custody and promises everyone that she will protect him. After seeing her concern towards Krishna and her decision of keeping him. Ashok decides to hide his law papers which he has signed to give all his son’s attorneys to his first wife ‘Yashoda.
Doosri Maa Upcoming Episode Twist:
In the upcoming episode of Doosri maa, Yahoda’s mother-in-law gets angry with her. and she work like a maid in her home. Little Karihsna’ who does not want to go away from Yashoda, agrees with Amma’s demand. People start calling Krishna humiliating names like ‘Najaiz Olad’. demands that this boy will not be a part of her family. Amma only accepts his presence if he will Which hurts Yahoda and Krishna but makes Ashok angry too.
In the recent episodes of Doosrima, we have seen that society has been mistreating little Krishna. Without even thinking how much mental damages can their behavior have on him. Not only society but also Ama and his real father have been a part of this. It is Yashoda who is loving him unintentionally. Even Krishna also respects and loves her like his real mother. They both have become each other support from their first meetup. Well, have you noticed, the family who is going through all these problems, is trying to move on? But the people around them have more concern and interest in their lives. It is always strange that people do not look at their own selves but prefers to interfere in others’ lives more.
Yasho takes Krishna’s custody:
As in the coming story, neighbors and society keep on interfering in Karishna’s life. And in front of a child, they are calling his father a bastard. Though Ashok tries to defend his side this time Krishna stops him from doing so. However, Krish also accepts that his father is a bastard. And he deserves to be called and cursed by everyone. Upon seeing his son’s reaction, ‘Ashok feels ashamed and angry inside his heart.
After hearing Krish’s conversation with Ashok, Yashoda teaches Krish that whatever his father has done to him. He must respect him and disgrace him. Krishna starts crying in front of Yasho and tells her that he feels so angry when he hears his name. Ashok tries to tell him that Krish you are a kid. And when you will grow up, he will understand his reason. But Krish sticks to his decision that he never, ever in his life wants to see his face.
For the time being, Yasho wants to get his admission to the school. But Amma starts creating a mess because she does not want ‘Krish to go to school for his studies. Yasho with the help of Ashok goes to a school and gets Krish enrolled there.
