Chashni is an Indian television drama. The story let out two sisters who turned out later to become saas-bahu. It premiered on 9 March 2023. It is produced by Sandip Sikcand and Veena Sikcand. Chashni Serial Written Story: Star Plus
The story is about two sisters Chandni Chopra and Roshni Chopra. They are grown up by their maternal and paternal grandmothers. Chandi is very calm and kind-hearted whereas Roshni is the opposite of her. Despite their contrasting nature, both share a lovely bond. The only reason for their arguments is their father Sanjay Chopra. He was an army officer but due to work rivalry misunderstandings, he was betrayed by society. Now he is assumed to be dead. And still, his family is always betrayed by society. Chandni loves his father and wants to make him proud of her.
On the other hand, Roshni does not like his father much because she thinks her father might have done something wrong. She gets so angry when people insult her due to Sanjay. Roshni has a boyfriend named Nirbhay. Manav adores chandni. Manav is already married but betrayed by his first wife. He also has a daughter.
Chandni gets a job in the fire department. People talk badly about her due to Sanjay’s incident but she did not pay heed to anyone. As a first firefighter, she faces a lot of problems. But Manav is very supportive of her.
Ronak Blames Chandni For His Sister’s Death:
Ronak enters the story. He wants to take revenge on Chandni. His sister boarded in the same train on which chandi was going to Amritsar. Avantika finds Chandni’s lost ticket but before she gave it to Chandni. She was attacked by some mobs. They were actually finding Chandni but due to the ticket in her hand, they assume as her Chandni Chopra. Now Raunaq blames Chandni for her sister’s death and wants to take revenge. That’s why he shifts in their neighborhood. He tries to get close to Chandni and her family and succeeds in doing so. One day, Ronak enters Chandni’s room, where he saw Sanjay’s picture. He told Chandni that he has seen this person. At first, Chandni did not believe her.
After a series of incidents, finally, it revealed that Sanjay is safe and sound and is in a care home. Both grandmothers take care of him. Soon Chandni learns about Sanjay and gets him home. For this, he takes help from Raunaq, Manav, and Nirbhay. But Sanjay is mentally ill. When he sees Nirbay’s father Vikas at his house. He attacks him. Nirbay takes his father to the hospital. Roshni gets so angry and argues with Chandni. But Chandni still supports her father.
Twist in Chashni Drama: Sanjay proves to be innocent
As Ronak is trying to win Chandni’s heart. He made a plan along with Chandni and her family. He asks Chandi to tell Vikas that Sanjay is now fine and now remembers everything. And also Sanjay has proof about the one who is the culprit. The plan succeeds. Finally, it proved that Sanjay is innocent. The real culprit is actually Vikas. Raunaq earns Chopra’s trust. Chandni refuses Nirbay’s proposal for Chandni. Nirbay tries to understand her that he is not like her father. He loves Roshi and can’t live without her. Also, he apologizes for his father’s mistakes. Chandni still refuses and says Your sorry can neither bring back my father’s memory nor our childhood. But Nirbay insists and finally, she agrees.
Rounaq while seeing all this becomes furious and decides that he will destroy both’s sister happiness.
Raunaq Decides to Take Revenge From Chandni:
He says to himself that Chandni will go through the pain which he is enduring. He will separate both sisters at any cost. For this, he joins hands with Manav’s wife, Natasha. They both make a plan to separate the sisters. Nirbay has some financial problems. Raunaq asks him to destroy his petrol pump than he’ll be able to get insurance. Nirbay agrees. But later he realizes that this is wrong. So he tells Rounaq that he can’t put his hard work into the fire.
But later, someone sets the Petrol pump on fire. Chandni gets to know the plan and blames Nirbay for this. She breaks Roshni and Nirbay’s engagement. But later while checking CCTv she sees that Nirbay comes near the pump but then goes back. So, it was not Nirbay who burnt the petrol pump. Later she sees a lady on CCTv but her backside is. The lady is actually the culprit. But she could not see her face. This lady is actually Natasha.
When she reaches home, to tell the truth to Roshni, she learns that Roshni has left the house. She finds a letter on the table. Roshni says in the letter that Chandni loves her job more than anything. So, she is leaving the house in order to marry Nirbay. Chandni gets shocked to see the letter.
Chandni loses her job: Latest News
In the latest episodes, Roshni is seen married to summer babber who is actually Rounaq’s father. Finally, Chandni develops feelings for Rounaq. Rounaq also pretends to be in love with her. Chandni meets with Roshni at a family gathering. Chandni gets so happy to see her. But Later, Mehr’s necklace gets stolen at the party which costs 21 lacs. She is worried because it is their Khandani necklace. Mummy Jee scolds her when Roshni comes to them and asks to check Chandni’s bag.
But Meher says She is your sister how can we doubt her and check her bag? To which Roshni replies yes, she is my sister but maybe she gets so attracted by this glamour. Mummy Jee and Meher come to Chandni to ask about the necklace. The necklace comes out of Chandni’s bag. She was sent to jail. Actually, it was Rosnhi who put the necklace in Chandni’s bag. Later arrives at the police station and mocks at Chandni. Chandni gets bail.
When she comes to the office, she gets a suspension letter. She learns about Rounaq’s real face. He mocks Chandni that she has lost her sister as well as her job. Chandni decides to get NOC from Roshni because she doesn’t want to lose her job at any cost.
Roshni Takes Ronak Back at his Father’s Home:
Moreover, Roshni believes that Chandni is responsible for her marriage to Sumer. Meher husband tries to molest Roshni. But Roshni slaps him for his acts. Chandni comes to Roshni. And, She asks why has she married a man which is double her age and also why she has sent Chandni to jail. Bur Roshni says I know you don’t care about me you just want NOC for your job. She signs NOC papers. Chandni leaves.
Roshni takes Ronak back to their house. Summer is so happy that finally, Rounaq came back. But on the other side, Chandni is worried about Roshni. She thinks that Rounaq will try to harm her. She tries to tell Rounaq that she is innocent but Rounaq did not believe her. Chandni in front of the media tells everyone that she and Ronak are in a relationship. Later Sumer asks about it and she tells him how Ronak pretend to love her and then cheated on her.
Ronak Decides to Marry Roshni:
In order to save his reputation, Sumer fixed Chandni and Ronak’s marriage. On the day of the engagement, Ronak invites Tarun. Tarun talks badly about Chandni and her character. He says that Chandni has snatched her position in the office. She loves Manav and she was the reason Manav divorced his wife. Now she is getting married to Raunaq. But Sumer does not believe him and throws him out of the house. Roshni and Ronak’s plan fails again.
Finally, they get engaged. Rounq holds Chandni closer and says It’s fun to play when the enemy is strong. You passed this test. Later, Roshni thinks that if Sumer sees Chandni drunk then, of course, will throw her out of the house. Roshni spikes a drink and gives it to Chandni. But the drinks got changed. Ronak gets the spiked drink.
